Cloudy Alice

"What Inspires me to create is my love for Mother Earth and the planet we all share. My bags are a symbol showing that we must take care of it together."
Fuki Takahashi dances professionally with the Atlanta Ballet. Originally from Japan, she made her way over to the United States in 2010 to start her journey to becoming a professional dancer. Beyond dancing she is always finding artistic outlets and new crafts to work on. She has a newly created brand name called Cloudy Alice and will soon be on Etsy.
Fuki has been embriodering for years, and once she heard about ACC she wanted to create a line of tote bags that would reflect the collective's motives!

The Materials:
  • All Bags are made from 100% recycled cotton and then repurposed into canvas bags
  • Dyed thread is then used to embroider the patterns
  • B&W doodled comic bags use fabric pen & are machine washable
*Note! Each bag's pattern is designed individually so bags may not come exactly as seen in photos

*As seen in photos, the canvas bags are made from 100% recycled cotton with personalized embroidery.
"Growing up in Japan, my culture taught me to be respectful and continuous for the environment. I learned embroidery from my mother and grandmother. I wanted to combine my passion for the arts, environment and embroidery to create this line of reusable bags made from recycled cotton canvas."

We understand that cotton is not the most sustainable material, but these bags are made from recycled cotton and used to empower the voice of a young artist. Additionally, the money made from sales will go towards the production of more art that amplifies the climate crisis and our mission.
