Welcome to the information page for "Art 2 Action 2022."
For this project, we challenged four choreographers to each create a short dance film focused on an aspect of climate change. These films allow the viewer to engage with environmental themes in vibrant abstract and narrative ways. We believe that art allows emotion to surface in unusual and spectacular ways and we hope to draw that out through this project. This series involved over 50 artists from across the North American continent, including dancers, musicians, costume designers, videographers, editors and choreographers, and it was one of ACC's largest undertakings. We thank these artists for making this project come alive. |
